PGConf India 2026 – Community, Conversations & Collaboration
There’s something truly special about being in a room full of people who believe in the power of open-source.
At PGConf India 2026, the OpenSource DB team had the privilege of connecting with customers, partners, PostgreSQL users, developers, contributors, and community leaders who are actively shaping the future of the ecosystem.
Hari Kiran, Venkat Akhil Pavuluri, and ShashidharReddy Dakuri took the stage and delivered an engaging talk, sharing insights, real-world experiences, and perspectives from the PostgreSQL ecosystem. Their session sparked meaningful discussions and added to the vibrant exchange of ideas at the conference.
From insightful talks to engaging hallway conversations, and discussions around distributed PostgreSQL, scaling strategies, and real-world database challenges, every interaction reinforced why the PostgreSQL community remains one of the strongest in the open-source world.
We extend our sincere thanks to the organizers, speakers, and everyone who took the time to connect, exchange ideas, and explore new collaborations with us.
The conversations don’t end here — we’re excited to continue contributing, learning, and growing alongside this incredible community.
See you at the next PGConf!
