Meetup Highlights

Vizag PostgreSQL User Group Meetup – 4 concluded successfully with a knowledge-packed session on “Database Migration 101” by Hari Kiran and Tirumala Dasari.

The meetup was held in collaboration with Postgres Women India, reinforcing our shared commitment to community learning and inclusive knowledge sharing.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to making this event impactful.

Professionals Summit 2025 was held on December 7 at The Institution of Engineers, Khairatabad, Hyderabad, bringing together 500+ professionals to discuss leadership, AI, and the future of work.
Hari Kiran and our team members – Shashidhar, Kushwanth, and Lokesh attended the event and participated in insightful sessions and networking discussions.

Percona.connect Bengaluru – Event Highlights

Percona.connect brought together the PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Valkey communities for an engaging afternoon of in-depth technical sessions, real-world stories, and expert insights.

Held on December 10th, from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, the event at Courtyard Marriott, Bengaluru featured candid discussions from industry leaders, open-source advocates, and Percona experts on scaling databases in modern environments, overcoming adoption challenges, and building secure, compliant systems.

Representing our community, Hari, Amit, Amar, and Ashish attended the event and actively engaged with speakers and fellow practitioners, gaining valuable perspectives from both startup and enterprise success stories.

Events like Percona.connect continue to strengthen the open-source database ecosystem through knowledge sharing and meaningful community interactions.

Dec 19th – PgHyd Meetup#12 | Event Highlights

Our year-end Hyderabad PostgreSQL User Group Meetup #12 was successfully completed with an overwhelming turnout of 120 attendees and 8 amazing speakers. It was truly an awesome treat to close the year on such a high note.
A heartfelt thank you to Entain for the support that made this meetup possible.

OSDB AHM & Team Retreat – Dec 20, 2025 Wrap-Up

The OSDB All Hands Meet was a wonderful opportunity for the team to come together and reflect on the journey of 2025. The day included thoughtful presentations from every team member, highlighting learnings, achievements, and plans ahead.

Following the AHM, the celebrations continued with Secret Santa, filling the room with surprises, smiles, and festive cheer. The team then headed to a resort farmhouse on the outskirts of the city for a relaxing day-out retreat, making it a perfect weekend wrap-up.

Overall, it was an energizing and memorable experience that strengthened our team spirit and set a positive tone for the year ahead.
